Our Professional Fees

Nominee's Fee

Nominee's fee is the professional fee you have to pay the Certified Public Accountant and Yip, Tse & Tang. The Nominee's fee is very low. On payment of a small fee, we offer you the following services:

1. preparing your statement of affairs
2. drafting a repayment proposal and advising you on that same
3. writing to your creditors seeking their consent to your repayment proposal

If the creditors' replies are positive and there is a high chance of success in reaching an IVA, we would agree with you on further fees to be paid. This stage of payment will cover the following services, with the assistance of a solicitors firm:

1. having two professional accountants to be your joint and several nominees
2. applying to the Court for an interim order to stay any possible legal proceedings against the debtor
3. submitting to the Court the repayment proposal
4. calling and holding a creditors' meeting
5. preparing documents necessary for finalising the repayment proposal with your creditors.

Court Fee

This amount does not however include the disbursements that you have to pay to the Court when applying for an interim order, namely Court Fee .

Administration Fee

For the implementation and supervision of the repayment under the IVA, we would charge you a modest sum to cover our administrative overhead. The exact amount will be agreed before the implementation.
